It downloads the full rider pool and the game's own rules, then runs an exact optimizer on your phone to find the highest-projected squad that fits the budget and class quotas. Lock riders you want, exclude riders you do not, and it re-solves instantly. Search and filter the pool, sort by projected points, price or value, see budget use and quotas at a glance, and share the squad as plain text. Then race it. Pick a Balanced, Safe, Aggressive or Contrarian plan and simulate your squad against a field of rival managers who read the same projections and disagree with them. The squad with the most projected points is also the one everybody else owns, and the race shows what fading the crowd costs and what it buys. Projections are model estimates, not promises. It is an independent tool, not affiliated with Velogames. No account needed, and cached data works offline.
