By downloading, accessing, or using any applications, products, or websites (collectively, the "Services") developed by Crystl Labs ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Proprietary Rights and License

Crystl Labs operates as an independent product studio. All applications, underlying code, algorithms, designs, and data science models are the exclusive intellectual property of Crystl Labs. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our applications for their intended purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary AI models.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our apps to:

• Transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of our applications or the third-party AI processors we utilize.
• Generate malicious code, spam, or automated non-user-initiated requests.

4. AI Processing and Content

Our applications utilize Artificial Intelligence to process data and generate outputs. While we strive for precision, AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete. You should not rely solely on our applications for critical medical, legal, or financial decisions. Your use of these AI features is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your inputs are processed securely.

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystl Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our apps.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time as our studio evolves and we launch new products. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this policy and, when required by the Google Play Store, providing an in-app notification.
