Switchback Couriers is a delivery logistics sim. You start with a small depot and a city full of parcels, and turn daily deliveries into a working network by connecting roads, choosing vehicles and making every trip count. Build a connected road network across four delivery districts and pick from ten vehicle configurations for different cargo demands. Consolidate loads so vehicles do not run half empty, and keep an eye on fuel, vehicle condition and training. Traffic and weather change, so the routes that worked yesterday may need adjusting today. The depot grows through 60 delivery contracts. You can pause to plan, change the simulation speed as the fleet grows, and use three save slots to try different setups. Core play and progression work offline. Available in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Free, with optional rewarded ads for a bonus and ads at breaks between shifts.
