Polite Getaway is a driving game about the most careful getaway in history. The crew is in the back seat, the loot is in the boot, and the police are everywhere. The trick is to not look like a getaway car at all. Hold anywhere to drive and let go to brake. The route to the safehouse is set, so all you choose is when to go and when to wait. Run a red, speed past a patrol car or bump another car and suspicion climbs. Fill the meter and a chase starts, which loses you the round. Sitting still on a green looks odd too, and suspicion falls while you drive legally. There are 30 routes through a low-poly city, with traffic lights, cross traffic and police parked along the way, and a crew with opinions about every stop.
