You are the new manager at a tiny agency one bad quarter from closing, and eight trainees all want to debut. Each week you set the schedule: vocal, dance, rap, variety, content or rest. Push too hard and they get hurt or walk out. Monthly showcases put your formation on stage, then come the debut, the comebacks, the weekly chart and the awards.
